Randolph College presents Aeschylus' Seven Against Thebes translated by Frederic Raphael and Kenneth McLeish in the Mabel K. Whiteside Greek Theatre (The Dell) on the Randolph College campus Performances October 5, 6, & 7 at 4:00 p.m. The city of Thebes is threatened as the sons of King Oedipus march to war, fulfilling the curse their father declared upon them. Directed by Amy R. Cohen, Randolph College students will bring this ancient story to life using the theatrical practices that existed when Aeschylus wrote the play 2,500 years ago.
