Tickets:  Many of our venues hold tickets for you at the door for pick up when you arrive for the performance.  This has proven to be the most efficient method of getting tickets to you, the customer.  Look for the Will Call only notice on the ticket page.  If Tickets by Mail is available, all tickets will be printed and mailed by the hosting company at no additional charge unless otherwise indicated.  Tickets may still be held at wil call for pickup on the day of the event if there is insufficient time for mailing.  Contact the company directly if you have not been notified of mailing status in a reasonable period.

Merchandise:  Shipping charges are calculated at time of sale and will appear on your check out form.  Any additional handling charges will be noted on the product page.
